Sale of Non-Resident Land for Taxes in Yell Co., Arkansas for the Years 1865 and 1866

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order of the County Court at the August Term 1867, I will offer at Public Sale the whole of several tracts of land hereinafter described or so much thereof as will be necessary to pay the taxes and penalties charged thereon will be sold at the courthouse door of said County in the town of Danville on the 25th day of September 1867 unless such taxes, penalties and expenses of advertising be paid before that time if only a part of any tract of land be sold it will be surveyed off in squares from the southeast corner sale to commence at 10 o'clock A.M.

Sale of Non-resident Lands for non payment of taxes in Yell County, Arkansas for 1867

Notice is hereby given that I will offer at public sale the whole of the several tracts of land hereinafter described or so much thereof as will be necessary to pay the taxes and penalties charged thereon will be sold at the courthouse door of said county in the town of Danville on the 9th day of March A.D. 1868, unless such taxes, penalties and expenses of advertising be paid before that time if only a part of any tract be sold it will be surveyed off in a square from the southeast corner. Sale to commence between the hours of 10 A.M. and 4 P.M.
