Dale Family Plot, Yell County, Arkansas

This is near Mt. George Community. It is said that the weather was so bad when W.L. Dale passed away they were afraid they could not make it to Mt. George or Dacus Cemetery as they had intended. By the time they went for funeral supplies at Dardanelle the team had to be left to rest and they borrowed another team of horses for the remainder of the trip. So he was buried near his home, and started the family plot.
