My Hall ancestors can be traced back to Robert Hall and Ann Craig Hall in Horsham, Sussex, England. Before that there seems to be conjecture that refers to Peter Hall, grandson of Thomas Hall of Norley.

Children: NOTE: Edward Hall's affairs were left with Richard due to his early demise. Richard also died relatively young, leaving the estate with Thomas, who also died before it was settled. The resulting lawsuits between the heirs and claimants of Edward, Richard and Thomas lasted for years and resulted in Martha losing her dower claims. Whereupon she removed to Fauquier Co. VA, where her sons Edward and Thomas left large extended families.
