For 150 pounds money of the commonwealth paid by James HALL to PULLIAM and his wife, Sarah, they sold and relinquish all the right, tittle, and property to her right arising by virtue of her former husband. 10 December 1782. Theodrick HALL assignee of John WAGNON, plaintiff, against Tandy WALKER, defendant in debt. Thomas SHIP noted as part of this debt. Defendant arrested was solemnly called and not appearing. Ordered that Judgement be entered for the plaintiff against the defendant and securities for the debt in declaration mentioned and costs in suits if he fails to appear at next court, pg 257.
10 December 1783. Theodrick HALL assignee of John WAGNON, against Tandy WALKER, defendant in debt. Came the plaintiff by his attorney and defendant again being again solemnly called came not but made default. Ordered by the court that plaintiff recover against the defendant and Thomas SHIP the security for his appearance of 15 pounds per wit in declaration and costs. Pg. 483.
13 April 1784. Theodrick HALL against Tandy WALKER and Silvanus WALKER. Defendants not appearing, it is ordered that plaintiff recover against the defendants 35 pounds 7 shillings and 4 pence for penalty of a Bond and costs. Judgement discharged by payment of 17 pounds 13 shillings and 8 pence with 5% interest from 1 January 1784 till payment. Pg. 534.

Henry WHITLOW, for 20 pounds, sold to William HALL, a parcel containing 40 acres on the brances of Butchers Creek.
